Kiosk Repair, Installation & Field Service Across Southern California
We deploy, maintain, and repair self-service kiosks, check-in and registration
stations, dispensing machines, ATMs, locker systems, and digital directories — whatever the make or
model. From emergency break/fix calls to multi-site rollouts, Nieko Technology keeps unattended systems
online.
If it serves the public with nobody standing behind it, we install it, service it, and keep it connected — regardless of manufacturer, and including equipment whose original vendor has moved on.

Before and after documentation on every ticket
Fully stocked, on the road across Southern California.
One van, one technician, everything needed to close most tickets on the first visit.
Emergency dispatch across our core counties, with same-day and next-business-day windows on break/fix calls. You get a confirmed window, not a promise to call back.
Experienced field technicians
People who have opened these cabinets before. They arrive with the parts the symptom points to and close the ticket with photos and a written summary.
Southern California coverage
Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire, San Diego, Ventura, and Bakersfield from one dispatch number — plus West Coast and nationwide project work.
Emergency dispatch
Equipment down outside business hours still gets a human. Tell us the site and the symptom and we start triage immediately.
Preventive maintenance programs
Scheduled routes on monthly, quarterly, or semiannual cycles. Cleaning, wear-part replacement, and a per-unit condition report every visit.
Network and low voltage expertise
We are a low-voltage contractor first. When a fault turns out to be the drop, the switch, or the circuit, we fix that too instead of handing the ticket back.
Built for Southern California drive times
Field service is a geography business. Our
technicians are based in Orange County and work a route that covers the region without the travel charges
that come with flying someone in from out of state.
Los Angeles County — including the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita
Multi-site check-in and lobby equipment maintenance
Scheduled preventive maintenance and break/fix coverage for check-in stations, lobby displays, and
dispensing equipment across multiple medical campuses, coordinated with facilities and IT at each
location.
Survey, freight receiving, assembly, anchoring, and network activation for package and asset locker
systems across residential and commercial properties, including relocations during renovations.
Site surveys, anchoring, power and data coordination, and cellular failover for transaction terminals
placed in retail host locations, with ongoing repair coverage for the operator.
Deployment plus ongoing field support
Common questions
What areas do you cover?
Southern California is our core service area: Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire (Riverside and San Bernardino), San Diego, Ventura, and Bakersfield. We take West Coast and nationwide projects when the scope justifies travel — usually multi-site rollouts and scheduled maintenance.
How quickly can you dispatch a technician?
Our core counties are built for same-day or next-business-day response on emergency break/fix calls, depending on the site and the current queue. Scheduled installs and preventive maintenance are booked to your calendar. Call dispatch for a firm window on a specific site.
Do you service equipment you did not install?
Yes. Most of our repair work is on equipment installed by someone else, including units whose original vendor no longer supports them. We are manufacturer-agnostic: the mechanical, electrical, peripheral, and network side of unattended equipment is largely the same problem across brands. Send the make, model, and a photo of the interior and we will confirm what we can service before anyone schedules a truck.
Can you handle a rollout across many sites?
Yes. Multi-site deployments are a core part of the business: one point of contact, one install standard, a published site schedule, and progress reporting by location so you always know what is live and what is blocked.
Are you insured, and can you meet our vendor requirements?
Yes. We provide a certificate of insurance naming your entity, a W-9, and any vendor onboarding documentation your facility requires before the first site visit. Technicians are background-checked for healthcare and secured-facility work.
Equipment down, or planning a rollout?
Send the site and the symptom. You will get a dispatch window or a scoped quote, not a sales call.
