We are manufacturer-agnostic. If it is a bank of electronically controlled compartments with a controller, a screen, and a network connection, we install it and we fix it — including systems whose original installer is no longer in the picture.

Installation

A locker bank is heavy, has to sit level and plumb across multiple modules, needs power and data at the right end, and has to leave code-compliant egress in a corridor that was probably not designed for it. Most of the work is planning.

Site survey with measurements, floor condition, clearance, and egress review

Freight receiving, staging, and debris removal — including the pallet nobody wants to deal with
Module assembly, leveling, joining, and anchoring to floor or wall
Seismic anchoring appropriate to the installation

Relocation and reconfiguration

Mailrooms get renovated, leasing offices move, and communities outgrow the bank they installed four years ago. We de-install without damaging the modules, patch and restore the original wall or floor, transport, and reinstall at the new location — including adding or removing modules where the system supports it.

For property managers We work directly with on-site staff, respect resident-facing hours, and keep the work area clean. If your locker provider handles software and you need boots on the ground for the physical system, that split works — we coordinate with their support team on the ticket.

Questions we get

Do you work with the locker manufacturer, or independently?

Both. Manufacturers and locker providers use us as their local field arm in Southern California for installation, relocation, and physical repair while the software and account side stays with them. Property owners also hire us directly, in which case we coordinate the ticket with whoever supports the system.

Can you move a locker bank to a different part of the property?

Yes. Relocation is a large share of our locker work: de-install, restore the original location, transport, and reinstall with new power and data as needed.

What happens if a locker is broken into?

We assess the damage, replace locks, latches, doors, or panels, realign what was bent, and get the bank back in service. We also document the damage with photos for your insurance or vendor claim.

Do you install lockers at commercial and retail sites, not just apartments?

Yes — office buildings, campuses, retail pickup, logistics and distribution facilities, hospitals, and employee-use installations. The install discipline is the same; the access and scheduling constraints differ.
