Healthcare Kiosk Repair, Check-In & Vaccine Machine Service
A check-in kiosk that is down at 7am becomes a line at the front desk by 7:20. We service the unattended equipment in clinical buildings — check-in and registration stations, payment and queueing terminals, wayfinding displays, visitor badging, and dispensing machines — for hospitals, medical groups, and clinics across Southern California.

Equipment we support in clinical settings
- Patient check-in, self-registration, and intake kiosks
- Dispensing and vending machines, including medication and vaccine units
- Wayfinding and interactive directory displays in hospital lobbies
- Visitor management and badge-printing stations
- Payment kiosks, copay terminals, and cashiering stations
- Queue management displays, lobby signage, and department boards
- Supply, linen, and equipment lockers with electronic access
Working inside a healthcare facility
Clinical sites have rules, and the technician who ignores them creates a bigger problem than the broken kiosk. Our field techs work to the facility's requirements: badge and check-in procedures at security, escorted access where required, infection control expectations in patient areas, and work windows that avoid clinic peak hours.
- Vendor credentialing and badging handled before the first visit
- Early morning, evening, and weekend windows to stay out of clinic flow
- Background-checked technicians — documentation available on request
- COI naming your entity, and W-9 on file before work begins
- No patient data handled; we service hardware, network, and peripherals
Check-in kiosk failures we see most
Healthcare kiosks run all day, get touched by hundreds of people, and are cleaned with disinfectants that were not chosen with touchscreens in mind. The wear patterns are specific.
- Touchscreen dead zones from repeated disinfectant wipe-down
- Card reader and insurance card scanner read failures
- Wristband and label printer jams, cutter wear, and media misfeeds
- Signature pads and ID scanners dropping their USB connection
- Units falling off the network after a facility switch or VLAN change
- Loose mounts and damaged cabinet hardware in high-traffic lobbies
Dispensing and vending machine service
Dispensing machines — medication, vaccine, PPE, and supply units alike — add refrigeration, inventory sensors, and dispensing mechanics on top of ordinary kiosk components, and they fail in ways that have consequences. We service the mechanical and electrical side: dispensing motors and tracks, door and lock assemblies, sensors, controllers, display and interface hardware, power, and connectivity — coordinating with the manufacturer where the platform requires it.
Fleet maintenance for health systems
If you run kiosks across multiple campuses, a scheduled route beats reactive calls. We build a visit cycle by campus, inspect every unit to the same checklist, and report by location so facilities and IT see the same picture. Emergency dispatch stays available between visits.
How a job runs
Same sequence every time, so you know what happens after you send a ticket.
Credentialing
We complete your vendor onboarding, badging, and insurance requirements before the first site visit so access is never the delay.
Site and fleet inventory
We document every unit by location, make, model, and network path, so a ticket names a specific machine instead of 'the one by radiology'.
Scheduled service windows
PM visits land in the hours your clinics are quietest, with a contact confirmed at each site before the tech arrives.
Reporting
Per-unit condition reports with photos, sent to facilities and IT after each visit, plus a running list of units trending toward failure.
Where we work
Southern California is our core coverage area. We take West Coast and nationwide projects when the scope calls for it.
Questions we get
Do your technicians have background checks and vendor credentials?
Yes. Our field technicians are background-checked, and we complete vendor credentialing and badging for each facility before the first visit. Documentation is available on request during onboarding.
Can you service check-in kiosks from manufacturers you are not an authorized partner for?
In most cases, yes. Hardware repair, peripheral replacement, cleaning, mounting, and network issues do not require manufacturer authorization. Where a fault is covered under warranty or requires proprietary firmware, we diagnose it, document it, and manage the RMA with the vendor.
Do you handle patient data?
No. We service hardware, peripherals, and connectivity. When work touches a device that stores patient information, we operate under your IT team's direction and follow their access and disposal process.
Can you cover multiple campuses on one agreement?
Yes. Multi-campus maintenance programs are common for us — one agreement, one point of contact, scheduled routes by campus, and consolidated reporting.
