Restaurant & POS Kiosk Service
A self-order kiosk down at the lunch rush is a line out the door and a shorter ticket average. We install, service, and repair self-order kiosks, POS terminals, kitchen display screens, and menu boards for restaurants, QSR, and food service operators across Southern California.

What we service
- Self-order and self-checkout kiosks — freestanding, counter-mount, and drive-thru
- POS terminals, card readers, PIN pads, and cash drawers
- Kitchen display systems (KDS) and expo screens
- Digital menu boards, indoor and drive-thru
- Order status and pickup displays
- Receipt, label, and kitchen printers
- Back-of-house networking, switches, and access points
What actually breaks
Restaurant equipment lives in heat, grease, and constant use, which produces a different failure pattern than an office or a lobby. We know where to look first.
- Receipt and kitchen printers — jams, cutter wear, head failure, grease-fouled paper paths
- Card readers and EMV modules failing reads mid-shift
- Touchscreens with dead zones from constant use and cleaning chemicals
- Kitchen displays overheating above the line and shutting down
- Menu boards dark, frozen, or stuck on yesterday’s content
- Terminals dropping off the network during peak hours
- Cooling fans and vents clogged with kitchen grease
Installation and rollouts
Whether you are adding self-order kiosks to one location or refreshing terminals across a franchise group, the sequence is the same: survey the site, confirm power and data, mount and anchor to spec, image and configure, test a live transaction end to end, and hand off with photos.
- Site surveys covering power, data, counter space, and ADA clearance
- Freestanding, counter, wall, and drive-thru mounting
- Menu board and display mounting, including outdoor enclosures
- Network drops, switching, and Wi-Fi for front and back of house
- Imaging, configuration, and live test transactions
- Multi-location rollouts to one install standard
For franchise groups and operators
If you run several locations, the problem is usually consistency rather than any single repair. We document every unit by store, work to the same checklist at each site, and report by location so a regional manager can see what is live and what is waiting on parts.
“Their technicians arrive prepared, communicate clearly, and take ownership of the work. We appreciate having a field service partner that can handle everything from individual repairs to larger deployments.”
How a job runs
Same sequence every time, so you know what happens after you send a ticket.
Ticket intake
Send the store, the equipment, and what it is doing. We confirm a dispatch window that avoids your rush.
Triage
We ask the questions that determine which parts ride in the van, and rule out the fixes your shift lead can do in two minutes.
On-site service
Technician checks in with the manager, repairs, and tests under live conditions before leaving.
Close and report
Written summary of the fault, the fix, parts used, and anything trending toward failure at that location.
Where we work
Southern California is our core coverage area. We take West Coast and nationwide projects when the scope calls for it.
Questions we get
Can you work around our busy hours?
Yes, and we prefer to. Most scheduled work happens early morning, mid-afternoon, or after close. On emergency calls we focus on getting you operational during service and finish the permanent repair in a quieter window.
Do you service POS systems from any vendor?
We service the hardware side across platforms — terminals, readers, printers, displays, mounts, and the network behind them. Software, licensing, and menu programming stay with your POS provider, and we coordinate with their support when a fault sits on the line between the two.
Can you handle a rollout across all our locations?
Yes. Multi-location work is a core part of what we do: one point of contact, one install standard, a published schedule, and progress reporting by store.
Do you install drive-thru menu boards?
Yes, including outdoor-rated displays in weatherproof enclosures with proper power, grounding, and mounting. Outdoor work has real constraints around heat and water intrusion, so we survey before quoting.
