Repair and break/fix
Vending equipment combines a cash path, a payment stack, refrigeration, and moving mechanics in one cabinet. Any one of them can take the machine offline, and the symptom rarely tells you which.

Installation and micro market buildouts
A micro market is a small retail buildout: fixtures, coolers, a self-checkout kiosk, power, data, and camera coverage, installed in a break room that was not designed for any of it. We survey first and sequence the work so the space is usable again quickly.
- Site surveys covering power, data, clearance, and floor loading
- Freight receiving, staging, and debris removal
- Placement, leveling, and anchoring appropriate to the location
- Power and dedicated circuit coordination with a licensed electrician where required
- Network connectivity, including cellular failover
- Camera coverage over the checkout and product area
- Activation, test transactions, and staff walkthrough
For operators running a route
If you place equipment across Southern California but do not staff technicians here, we are the field arm. Scheduled preventive maintenance routes keep units earning: clean the product and bill paths, verify refrigeration and temperature, test payment end to end, check connectivity and telemetry, inspect locks and anchoring, and report per machine so you can see which placements are trending toward a service call.

Site survey or ticket intake
For installs we survey power, data, and clearance. For repairs we take the location, machine, and symptom and confirm a window.
Prep
Parts staged based on the symptom, freight coordinated for installs, and the host site confirmed for access.
On-site work
Install or repair, then verify under live conditions — a real vend and a real payment, not just power-on.
Report
Per-machine summary with photos, parts used, and anything likely to fail next.

Questions we get
Do you work for vending operators, or for the businesses hosting the machines?
Both, though operators are most of our work. Companies that place equipment across Southern California but do not staff technicians here use us as their local field arm. Facility managers who own their own equipment hire us directly.
Can you service refrigeration, or just the electronics?
We handle the mechanical, electrical, and connectivity side, including condenser cleaning, fans, sensors, and temperature control faults. For sealed-system refrigerant work we bring in a certified refrigeration tech rather than pretending otherwise.
Do you install micro markets from scratch?
Yes — survey, freight, placement, power and data coordination, camera coverage, kiosk activation, and staff walkthrough. We coordinate a licensed electrician for any new circuits.
What brands do you service?
We are manufacturer-agnostic. The cash path, payment stack, refrigeration, mechanics, and network behind unattended retail are largely the same problem across brands. Send the make and model and we will confirm before scheduling.
