Bitcoin ATM & Traditional ATM Installation, Repair, and Service

An ATM only earns when it is powered, connected, and passing transactions. We place, install, connect, and repair Bitcoin ATMs, conventional ATMs, and other cash-handling terminals across Southern California — from a single machine in a host business to a multi-site operator fleet.

Installation and placement

Most of the trouble with an ATM install happens before the machine arrives. Power is on the wrong circuit, the location has no viable data path, the floor will not take an anchor, or the host business expected the unit somewhere else. We survey first and install once.

  • Site survey covering power, data, lighting, camera sightlines, and clearance
  • Coordination with the host business on placement and access hours
  • Freight receiving, uncrating, staging, and debris removal
  • Floor and wall anchoring appropriate to the surface and the unit's weight
  • Power and dedicated circuit coordination with a licensed electrician where required
  • Network connectivity: hardwired drop, Wi-Fi, or cellular with failover
  • Software activation, test transactions, and operator handoff

Repair and break/fix

Crypto ATMs fail hardest at the cash path and the connection. We handle both, plus everything around them.

  • Bill acceptors and recyclers — jams, calibration, sensor cleaning, replacement
  • Dispensers and cassettes on two-way and traditional units
  • Printers, scanners, and QR cameras
  • Touchscreens and displays
  • Internal PCs, power supplies, and cable harnesses
  • Locks, safes, hinges, and tamper or vandalism damage
  • Connectivity faults — dead drops, router failures, dropped cellular, ISP-side issues at the host site
Connectivity is the silent killer A large share of “the machine is broken” calls are network faults at the host business: a router someone unplugged, a bandwidth cap, a changed Wi-Fi password. We install connectivity that does not depend on the host's goodwill, including cellular failover, so the unit stays online.

Relocation and de-installation

Host businesses close, leases end, and underperforming placements get moved. We de-install cleanly, patch and restore the site, transport or store the unit, and reinstall at the new location with the same survey-first process.

Preventive maintenance for operators

If you run a fleet, a scheduled route keeps units earning. We clean the bill path, test the acceptor with live currency, check the network, inspect locks and anchoring, verify the camera view, and report per unit so you can see which placements are trending toward a service call.

Traditional ATM service

The same field capability covers conventional ATMs: installation, cabinet and safe work, card reader and dispenser service, receipt printers, connectivity, and signage. We coordinate with your processor and vault provider rather than working around them.

How a job runs

Same sequence every time, so you know what happens after you send a ticket.

Site survey

We visit the placement, confirm power, data path, anchoring surface, clearance, and camera sightlines, and flag anything that will stall install day.

Prep and scheduling

Freight, staging, connectivity ordering where needed, and a confirmed window with the host business.

Install and activate

Anchor, power, connect, activate, and run live test transactions before we call it done.

Ongoing service

Emergency dispatch for faults, plus optional scheduled maintenance routes for fleets.

Questions we get

Do you install Bitcoin ATMs for operators, or only for site owners?

Both. Operators are most of our work — we act as the field arm for companies that place machines but do not staff technicians in Southern California. Site owners hosting a machine are welcome to call, though we usually coordinate the work with the operator who owns the unit.

Can you handle the electrical and network work too?

Network, yes — that is core to what we do, including structured cabling, switching, and cellular failover. For new dedicated circuits or panel work we coordinate a licensed electrician so the installation stays code-compliant and inspectable.

What brands of crypto ATM do you service?

We work across the platforms commonly found in Southern California retail placements. Hardware repair, cash-path service, connectivity, mounting, and relocation are largely brand-agnostic. Send the make and model and we will confirm before scheduling.

Do you handle cash, vaulting, or compliance?

No. We are a field service company: hardware, connectivity, install, and repair. Cash handling, vaulting, and regulatory compliance stay with the operator and their armored carrier.

Ready to get this equipment back online?

Send the site details and we will come back with a dispatch window, not a sales call.
