The field team behind your unattended equipment
Nieko Technology is a Southern California field service company. We install, maintain, and repair the machines that serve your customers when nobody is standing behind them — and we build the cabling and network they run on.
We started as a low-voltage contractor: structured cabling, fiber, cameras, access control. Then customers started asking us to place equipment on top of that infrastructure — kiosks, ATMs, lockers, directories — and then to keep it running. That became the larger half of the business.
It turned out to be a useful order to learn things in. Most field service companies stop at the machine and hand the network back to somebody else. When a kiosk drops offline, the answer is usually not inside the cabinet. It is a bad drop, a dead switch port, a circuit someone repurposed, a router the host business unplugged. We fix that layer on the same visit, because we built it.
Today we run scheduled maintenance routes and emergency dispatch across seven Southern California counties for healthcare systems, property managers, shopping centers, ATM operators, locker companies, and the manufacturers who need boots on the ground out here rather than a plane ticket.
How we work
Every ticket gets a confirmed window, a technician who checks in with the property, photos before and after, and a written summary of what failed, what was done, and what is likely to fail next. If we cannot fix it on site, we say so, document it, and manage the RMA rather than leaving you to chase the manufacturer.
We are direct about scope. We do low-voltage work and field service. Line-voltage electrical, cash handling, content management, and regulatory compliance belong to other specialists, and we coordinate with them instead of pretending otherwise.

Service area
Southern California is home. We travel for project work when the scope justifies it.
