Digital Signage Installation and Support
Signage networks fail quietly. One screen goes dark in a back corridor and nobody reports it for three weeks. We install, service, and maintain displays, mounts, players, and the network that feeds them — across single sites and multi-location networks.

Installation
- Commercial display mounting — wall, ceiling, pole, freestanding, and recessed
- Video walls with bezel alignment and mounting systems
- Menu board arrays in quick-service and retail environments
- Outdoor and high-brightness displays in weatherproof enclosures
- Media player installation, mounting, and cable management
- Power and data provisioning, including new drops
- Structural blocking and anchoring appropriate to the wall type
Support and repair
We take signage tickets the same way we take kiosk tickets: symptom, site, unit. Most of them resolve to one of a handful of causes.
- Display failures — no image, dim panel, backlight, or input faults
- Media players locked up, unresponsive, or dropped off the network
- HDMI, HDBaseT, and signal distribution faults over long runs
- Mount and bracket failures, sagging, or drift out of alignment
- Power issues, surge damage, and failed UPS units
- Displays stuck on old content because connectivity broke, not the CMS
Multi-site signage networks
If you run screens across dozens of locations, the problem is visibility, not repair. We standardize the install across sites, label and document each screen and player, and provide a per-site inventory so a ticket can name the exact unit. Rollouts and refreshes run to one checklist from the first site to the last.
Cabling and infrastructure behind the screen
Signage is only as reliable as the infrastructure under it. Because we are a low-voltage contractor first, we pull the cable, terminate it, build the rack, and configure the switch rather than subcontracting the part that fails most. See low voltage and network infrastructure for that side of the work.
How a job runs
Same sequence every time, so you know what happens after you send a ticket.
Survey
Wall construction, power, data, sightlines, mounting height, and ambient light — the things that determine whether a screen looks right and stays up.
Install
Mount, connect, cable-manage, and dress the installation so it looks finished rather than temporary.
Commission
Player configured, content confirmed live, and the whole chain tested end to end.
Maintain
Scheduled checks or on-call support, with per-site documentation so tickets are specific.
Where we work
Southern California is our core coverage area. We take West Coast and nationwide projects when the scope calls for it.
Questions we get
Do you supply the displays and players, or do we?
Either. Many customers buy hardware through their own channel and bring us in to install and support it. If you would rather we source it, we will spec appropriate commercial-grade equipment for the environment and quote it.
Can you install outdoor signage?
Yes, in appropriate weatherproof enclosures with proper power, grounding, and mounting. Outdoor work has real constraints around heat, sun, and water intrusion, and we survey before quoting.
Do you support signage across multiple states?
Southern California is our core coverage area. We take West Coast and nationwide signage projects when the scope justifies travel — typically multi-site rollouts and refreshes rather than individual service calls.
Who manages the content?
Your CMS or marketing team, in nearly every case. We keep the hardware and network working so their content actually appears.
